Salsa Party Evening (Band only: Saturday October 7th - from 8.00pm)

Following on from the sell-out event last year we’re delighted to announce the return of the ‘Salsa Party Evening’ at Salcombe Live (‘Lite’!) Festival 2023.

As in 2022 the night begins with a one-hour coaching session - for up to 25 couples only - led by Paul Donahey (https://www.donaheys.co.uk/).  Paul is renowned both locally and nationally for his beginner classes which offer expert dance instruction tailored especially for people who have never danced before – it really is a fun and enjoyable learning experience!

The salsa evening continues after the coaching with live music from the amazing 6-piece band ‘Siente La Salsa’ (which is Spanish for "Feel the Salsa with all your senses"!).

The band will be playing classic salsa tunes as well as alternative versions of tunes such as Low Rider, Ain't No Sunshine and Adele's Hello. They love Salsa music and like nothing better than playing for people who want to dance!
